Can you eat St Michel biscuits and cakes after the "best before" date?

Our biscuits and cakes have a minimum “best before” date. Unlike a “use by” date used for fresh products, which must be scrupulously followed, the “best before” date serves as a guideline date. We have introduced it to ensure that consumer expectations are met every time they try our products. You may not experience the same freshness and taste if you consume the products after the “best before” date.
