Moist Madeleine cakes, inspired by our traditional savoir-faire.
We produce them in our family-run bakery in Commercy, birthplace to the Madeleine in 1755.

St Michel bio, organic in all aspects: Made in France, using flour produced from French wheat, French eggs, and with no palm oil.
