Roudor
In France this biscuit is called Roudor, after the French for wheel ("roue") and gold ("or"), in a nod to its perfectly round shape and golden colour!
Its simple buttery recipe, drawing on St Michel know-how since 1979, results in a crispy yet meltingly soft texture.
